Initially designed as a 10.0 floor area ratio as-of-right hotel. During construction, subsequent air-rights acquisition necessitated midstream structural revisions to create a 28-story, 200+ key brand-approved project.
The stepping facade concept was readily adapted to the incremental growth.
The hotel’s garden grille and bar has become a destination itself catering to the United Nations crowd.
