The program involved over 100 student apartments in 13 buildings of 2-story wood modular construction, built off-site and delivered finished to campus.
The success of a first dormitory complex at Purchase College led to GKA’s inclusion on the first and second prize teams in the competition for this senior student housing complex on an alumni-controlled site.
